3 8 Needle Valve

• 3 8 Needle Valve is an important part of the instrument measurement pipeline system, used to adjust the flow to the instrument or other industrial applications, open or cut off the pipeline path
• Generally used in water, steam, gas, oil and other media with smaller flow and higher pressure. It is often used in industrial automatic control piping systems such as ships, oil refining, chemical, electric power, medicine, and food
• Made of high-grade solid brass, exquisite processing, can withstand greater pressure than other types of valves, good sealing performance, if you need a long time and stable control, it is best to use it with a regulator
• Working pressure: rated ≤15MPa. The temperature range is -40℃ to 200℃
• Packing includes: 2 PCS 1/4 " Female * 1/4"Female needle valve ,with 1 PC Teflon tape.

1)The installation position, height, and direction of inlet and outlet must meet the design requirements. For the direction of medium flow, please refer to the arrow marked on the 3 8 Needle Valve body. Inlet: 1/4"" NPT female, outlet: 1/4"" NPT female, The connection should be firm and tight.

2)3 8 Needle Valve inspection must be carried out before valve installation. For valves with a working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and a cut-off function on the main pipe, the strength and tightness test should be carried out before installation, and then used after being qualified. During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5min

3)If it leaks, you can replace the internal O-ring with pliers, or it is recommended to seal both ends with a little Teflon tape.

3 8 Needle Valve Quick Connecting Plug and 3/4 Inch Male GHT Thread allow for seamless attachment to various water outlets and connections commonly found in trailers.
