Working principle

(1) Sealing principle:
The clamp type flexible pipe joint has a unique sealing principle, and its unique C-shaped rubber sealing ring and connection method make it have a triple sealing effect:
a, First seal
The rubber sealing ring itself has self tightness, relying on its own elasticity to tightly press the pipe;
b, Second seal
After tightening the bolts on the peripheral pipe clamp, the rubber sealing ring will be further compressed;
c, Third seal
When there is pressure inside the pipeline, the pressure will apply pressure from the inner cavity to the C-lip of the sealing ring, making the rubber sealing ring more tightly press the pipe. The higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance.
(2) Implementation of corner:
Due to the fact that the peripheral metal pipe clamp of the clamp type flexible pipe joint is not tightly attached to the pipeline, there is a reasonable gap between it and the pipeline, which can cause a certain degree of turning angle in the pipeline.
