Pre-installation preparation: Remove the mounting device (such as thrust bolts or hydraulic nuts) on the equipment and ensure that the sleeve nut matches the equipment.
Installation steps:
Insert the sleeve nut into the clamping device and screw in the winding rod (or screw).
Bend the safety plate of the sleeve nut (about 2-3 turns) to align it with the front clamp.
Tighten the sleeve nut evenly until metal contact is formed between the sleeve, bearing and inner ring.
Tool selection: Use a hexagonal wrench to tighten evenly to ensure a firm connection.
Special scenarios:
For outdoor and accessories, use M8 threaded nails to fix and cooperate with push clips.
