Definitions and structural features

A wall split flange is a flange structure used for piping system or equipment connection. It mainly consists of two flanges which can be relatively independent. Compared with the integral flange, its uniqueness lies in the 'split' design, which facilitates installation under some special working conditions, such as when the space is narrow or when the installed part needs to be repaired or replaced without dismantling the whole piping system.

Material Type

Carbon steel is a common material for wall split flanges. Carbon steel material has high strength, can withstand high pressure, suitable for general industrial piping system, such as conveying water, steam and other media pipeline connection.
